Yes.  No visible tattoos on the face, head, neck, or hands are allowed.  Tattoos that depict racist, indecent, extremist, lawless or offensive themes are prohibited.  A tattoo is considered “offensive” if it is sexist, racist, vulgar, anti-social, violent or discriminates against any person by virtue of words, symbols or pictures in the tattoo or body art.  The Chief of Police or his designee will have the discretion of determining the appropriateness of the tattoo.
