ATTENTION OFFICERS ON THE LOOKOUT FOR CHILDREN WEARING BICYCLE HELMETS WHILE RIDING:
If you are caught by a Toms River police officer wearing a bicycle helmet while riding your bike, you will be rewarded for obeying the law.
