When Officer Samantha Sutter and Officer Joe Mastronardy learned these kids were not wearing bicycle helmets because they didn’t have them they knew it exactly what to do. The officers sent them on their way only to return with three brand new helmets. These cuties were extremely grateful for the gesture. They were also ecstatic to receive Operation Brain Freeze tickets for (now) riding safely! New helmets and ice cream cones made it a great day! Pretty awesome Officer Sutter and Officer Mastronardy!
