What a beautiful morning for the Annual Special Olympics Torch Run. Special Olympics is a charity near and dear to the Toms River Police Department. Over 50 members of the TRPD family, along with some of the TRE Track Team, gathered at 5:00 AM in Ortley to begin their 4 mile run along the coast to Brick.
